Whitelisting Instructions

In order to ensure that you receive all messages, please add the noreply@busticketonline.com email address to your address book. This process, also known as "whitelisting", ensures that all correspondence is delivered straight to your inbox and is not intercepted by a spam or junk mail filter.

For detailed instructions on how to add our e-mail to your contacts list of address book, please refer to the instructions according to your e-mail provider below:

Yahoo! Mail

To add a contact:

  1. Click "Contacts" in the folder list along the left side of your Yahoo! Mail page.
  2. Your "Contacts" open as a tab in the main window. Below the word "Contacts".
  3. Click on the "Add Contact" button.
  4. A contact properties window will open. Enter the contact information. The e-mail address should be noreply@busticketonline.com.
  5. Click "OK" when you are finished.

Gmail

To add a contact:

  1. Click "Contacts" along the left side of any page.
  2. Click the "New Contact" button in the top-left corner of the Contact Manager.
  3. Enter the contact information. The contact name should be the BusTicketOnline and the e-mail address should be noreply@busticketonline.com.
  4. Click "Save" to add your contact.

Hotmail

To add a contact:

  1. Click on the "New" drop-down menu below the Window Live button.
  2. Click on "Contact".
  3. You will be brought to the Enter Contact Details screen. Enter the contact information. The contact name should be the BusTicketOnline and the e-mail address should be noreply@busticketonline.com.
  4. Click "Save".

Microsoft Outlook

To add a contact:

  1. Click "File".
  2. Select "New" from the File drop-down menu.
  3. Selet "Contact" from the new drop-down menu.
  4. Enter the contact information. The contact name should be the BusTicketOnline and the e-mail address should be noreply@busticketonline.com.
  5. Click "Save and Close".

Others

Most e-mail providers and/or ISPs have either a contact or personal address book where you can create a new entry. If your provider did not appear in the above list or if you have any questions not answered in our instructions, please contact your e-mail providers and/or ISP directly for additional help.
